As a service organization, we focus on maintaining high client satisfaction as customer service is one of our core values. All order changes, delayed shipments or warehouse storage requirements will be discussed with he school representative in advance ensuring consistent communication. When working with Smarketing, you have dedicated representatives to support you from beginning to end of the project.



Smarketing Account Manager
Has budget ownership for the project and ensures project deliverables. Makes final decisions and resolves conflicts or issues.

Customer Service Representative
Ensures POs are correctly submitted and verifies order status. Provides updates to the school representative and handles all project administrative duties.

Manufacturer Account Manager
Monitors project progress and provide necessary tools and support when deadlines are in jeopardy. Works directly with the Account Manager.

Onsite Installation Project Supervisor
Onsite manager during furniture installation. Provides training, if required, to school personnel.
